Hi, I’m Jens, husband of Becca, dad of Holger and Camilla. I am experienced entrepreneur, leader, and executive. Today, I invest in public and private market securities (both equity and debt) and develop real estate. I also provide advisory services to businesses and insurance brokerage/benefits consulting. My professional leadership experiences are largely in US mid-market commercial contexts, but I also have experience as a director and officer of various non-profit and quasi-governmental entities, as well. Hi, I’m Jens. After fifteen years of private production and leadership, I merged my insurance agency into USI, Inc, joined the USI team as a practice leader (OpCos in PA and WV,) and then transitioned to self-employment/consulting. When I’m not spending time with my wonderful kids and wife, I love writing about my fascination with finance, business, economics, and entrepreneurship!
